HUNG is known for his initiative and bold decision making. Graduating in Arts from Hanoi's National University and embarking on a career in tourism has been one of his boldest moves. Hung has over 11 years working as a tour leader for some of the most prestigious local and international tour companies. His extensive field experience is rarely matched. If you are fortunate to meet him on tour, you may find him chatting with H’mong or Thai in their own language. His friendly and humorous disposition allows for many opportunities to become acquainted with locals wherever you may travel. With confidence, experience and a strong desire to fulfill his ambition of creating a unique tour service Hung is ready to share his love of Indochina with you.

Ha is the elder of the group. In his words he has a “taste for luxury”. Ha’s idea of luxury is to travel with flair — to savour memorable meals in memorable places. An independent spirit, he doesn’t follow the pack and is single minded about offering unique and interesting travel packages. His method of travel guarantees plenty of excitement and many suprises. If you are at somewhat of a mid-life crisis, you will find a great companion here. If you are mad for motorcycles and photography as he is and if you are lucky enough to share the trip with him, you are guaranteed a memorable journey. Aside of his many years of tour leading, Ha has ridden his beat-up Suzuki numerous times from Saigon to Hanoi and the northern mountain passes of Vietnam.

TUAN HIEP
Based in Hokkaido — Japan, Hiep runs the Japanese arm of Niche Travel. Hiep was bitten by the travel bug quite young. After graduating in Japanese language in the top 4 across the whole of Vietnam in 2004 he was offered a unique opportunity to live and work in Japan for one of Japan’s leading corporations. Finding many common loves between Japan and his homeland of Vietnam, Hiep has thrived and is excited to share his home town knowledge with his Japanese clientele. With a black belt in judo, extensive travel experience in Japan and across Indochina, Hiep is as comfortable preparing home cooked duck as he is sashimi.
