I definitely agree that weather plays a critical role in the plans of any tourist, especially considering the fact that some may not be used to the warmer weathers of Vietnam and Asia, in general. Anyway, I have been to Vietnam, booked a flight via a travel site, and stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. Regardless of the weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Northern Vietnam.
