The most convenient way to travel to Vung Tau is by hydrofoil boat. Boats depart 6 times daily between 06.30 - 16.00 hours from Bach Dang Jetty in Ho Chi Minh City. Journey time is approximately 90 minutes. Ferry times are subject to weather conditions and short notice changes or cancellations. Alternatively drive time from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City is approximately 2.5 hours.
