• Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

Arrive Hanoi and transfer to elegant Hotel in the City. In the evening meet our guide and other rider fellows to talk about the trip before going out for dinner.

• Day 2: Hanoi ride about (B,L)

We have the whole day in the city get to know about the traffic, and how riding is about in Hanoi, or Vietnam in general. 9:00am introduced with our bike, the one we will use through out the trip. Short ride to Temple of literature, Tran vu Temple and the West lake and stop in one of Motocycle Cafe, where local riders usually hang around. Free in the afternoon.

• Day 3: Hanoi-Maichau (B,L,D)

We are leaving Hanoi after breakfast and heading toward Mai chau (140km). Maichau is the home of White Thai people who migrated to Vietnam thousand years ago. Now they call Maichau their Hometown, whose diversities wellknown near and far. Enjoy breathtaking view and winding scenary road. We also learn about country riding from our experienced guide. After lunch, we are free, just wonder around the town or relax and indulge yourself with the cold beer by the Stilt House of the Thai.

• Day 4: Maichau- Sonla (B,L,D)

We are leaving Maichau for Sonla (170 km), the Home of Peach farms and Black Thai people. Infact, Sonla have 12 minorities who lived peacfully together. Lunch en route. Arrive our hotel in Sonla late afternoon.

• Day 5: Sonla-Dienbien (B,L,D)

We have quite along road ahead to conqour (200 km), but the view is quite rewarding. Phadin Pass is 16 km long and some part with the gradient of 12%. The name Dien Bien Phu will always be linked with a historical battle, for it was here that Viet Minh soldiers overran a French garrison on May 7, 1954 and ended French colonialism in Indochina. To achieve this legendary victory, Vietnamese forces under the command of General Vo Nguyen Giap dismantled heavy anti-aircraft guns, lugged them up the sleep slopes overlooking the town of Dien Bien Phu and reassembled them. Encircled by artillery, the French could not receive supplies or reinforcements. Today, most visitors who reach this outpost come for the history. But along with the old army headquarters, a museum and monuments, Dien Bien Phu offers pristine mountain scenery and fascinating minority cultures. Those, who go overland will travel through some of Vietnam's most rugged and spectacular mountains.

• Day 6: Dienbien- Sapa (B,L,D)

The unbeaten road is our today's challenge. Our adventure begins with the drive to the mountain town of Sapa. The journey to Sapa will take the best part of the day. The drive is, however, worthwhile as the scenery that unfolds as we travel higher. Arriving in Sapa late in the afternoon, we check into our hotel and use the remaining daylight to stretch our legs with a short walk around town. This evening we will dine at one of the local restaurants.

• Day 7: Sapa visit (B,L)

We have quite a relax day today compared with previous ones. Gliding and visiting Catcat village in the morning and go deep in the valley to visit Tavan village in the afternoon. Most of those villages nested in the valley around Sapa can easily accessible by bike. Lunch in the Town.

• Day 8: Sapa- Hanoi (B,D)

We mostly go downhill today (350 km), but certainly we don't have to ride all the way. We just sample some of the best sections then get on our support bus going to Hanoi. Arrive back Hanoi in the late afternoon. Bid farewell to our bikes. Dine in a French renovated Restaurant to reward yourself for those days and exchange your riding stories.

• Day 9: Hanoi-Halong (B,L,D)

We start 2 day relaxing trip to Halong bay after breakfast. Located around 170 km in the northwest, Halong is boasting as the best attraction in Vietnam. Worthwhile visit. Seafood ready on boat.

• Day 10: Halong-Hanoi-Departure (B,L)

After cruising some more hours in Halong, we back to the harbour and make our way back to Hanoi. Airport transfer till your departure time.
